Please excuse the cobwebs in that window. That window leaks and it can't be washed or reached.

Better than before where she couldn't sit there. She fell off all the time. I did a few tests with her legs. She's getting stronger in her legs. She didn't cling or wrap her back legs and front legs to my arm. She does now.

Someone's got a big fat belly tonight! She's had solid greens, soft greens, and vanilla soy yogurt. Yummy!

Day by day, she's showing greater improvements. Today, in her bath, she drank some water by herself and basked on her log, as high as she could! She's showing much improvement and even is fighting me against taking her probiotic soy yogurt.

Now if only she'd eat her greens on her own! I'm crossing my fingers and hope she does. I left a saucer full of greens for her to eat. She tasted them, turned her head and ran the other way. Maybe she'll come back to them and gobble them up.

The yellow spot on her has turned dark. I hope that's a sign of clearing up. I put hydrogen peroxide or peroxyl on that spot and ever since then, it's turned from yellow to dark.

Another gift of poo today! Yay! I never thought I'd say this, but I'm happy she's pooing. At least her bowels and digestive system are working. She's fighting me more now. I tried to wash her mouth out with Peroxyl (She still has that large mouth rot piece that's dead in her mouth. I gave her mouth a rest last night but have been using soy yogurt on it too.) She fought me even with that. She doesn't want it, but she has to have it.

I changed her soy yogurt flavor to blue berry. I figured she's getting tired of vanilla. It has been helping with her mouth and her good gut flora.

What does it mean when the yellow fungus turn dark? Does it mean that it's clearing or getting worse?

Her heat's up though which might help her immune system too. 102-104, until she's 100 percent better.

Well, look at it the light, it's the same as it was. Look at it in the dark, it looks like a bruise. :/ It's yellow and I rubbed in the Miconazole into her scales really good today again. I managed to convince her to eat all her soft greens today. I was worried she wasn't getting enough. I told her one more bite bite and she actually did finish them off. It was several leaves of turnip greens and escarole mixed together with some small phoenix worms. She saw them, but didn't do anything to snatch them up yet. I'd have to say she forgot how to use her tongue and catch prey.

I just got back from Reptilefest and lucky for me they had a vet there! So I asked him if yellow fungus starts out yellow and turns black does that mean it's going away. He said that yellow fungus isn't always yellow and if not treated it could go pretty deep into the skin and end up killing the BD. He said that a mix of oral and topical anti fungal is needed and that it can take MONTHS for it to heal.

Newest update: I was giving Allie her blanched Escarole greens because I ran out of Turnip Greens. I noticed that whenever I say, "You ready?" She'd open up her mouth. I'd put the blanched green clump on her tongue and she's using her tongue to bring it in in her mouth and she started to chew. She's chewing everything, including the small Phoenix worms. She ate all 6. Half her greens so I'm supposing that she's back to her old schedule of eating, pooing, then eating again. I gave her plain probiotics in water. I'm not sure how much to scoop out, but I'm guessing a 1/2 tsp is ok. She doesn't turn her head away and I give her 0.35 ccs of the mixture twice a day. She's doing really good despite the yellow fungus spot. Today, she did some exercise, climbing, and running around. I'm glad she's active. And she's showing great improvement. I hope this yellow fungus is being fought with the application of the Monistat and Probiotics upped. I know it makes her feel a lot better.
