    Hiding beardie

recently my dragon doesn’t do anything but stay in his hide. I’ll take him out so he can bask a little but he’ll just go right back in. He still eats fine. His appetite is still there and his beard or belly isn’t dark or anything. Should I be worried?

Do you need extra heat for a 40 gallon?

my bearded dragons growing fast and I’m gonna need a 40 gallon soon. Aside from the basking lamp on one side, am I going to need to add extra heat to the other side since it’s so big? Would the temp be too cold on the other side or would it be fine just with one lamp on one side of the tank?

    Cement-all for faux rock?

I've been researching how to build faux rocks for basking, hides, rock walls, etc. Most, if not all of the tutorials, use a base of styrofoam, coat it in grout, then seal it with something nontoxic. Would cement-all work instead of the grout? I already have some, is why I'm asking. I'm not sure...
