can I give my beardie kale , water cress and rocket was giving mixed salad but he is getting fed up of it . I cant get endive or spring greens in the uk . All I can get in the uk is mixed salad water cress. and rocket and kale

I am confused my beardie is 8 months old now. I am unsure what temp under the basking light should be. some say say 40c others say 38 c. as a baby I kept him around 41c. what is the correct basing temp for him now he is now 8 months old thank you in advance for your help spikey now pic
I have read somewhere that crickets have more food valaue than locusts which is correct should I give tango crickets rather than locusts he eats 4 x large locusts in a day gave him crickets today andhe ate 17 of them . so do I buy crickets from now on
