Alright now - everyone needs to be civil. If someone rubs you the wrong way initially, give them a second chance. No one is here to make enemies or to make trouble. Bill and Jeff were appointed as moderators to keep the peace and to keep things orderly - remove spam, help others, move threads, etc. I personally love hearing others' ideas on how the site can run better and what has or hasn't worked in the past. I may not always use every piece of advice, but I definitely read them all. Anyway, let's not butt heads about something this trivial.
