Snakes in a 20 gallon tank?

Reaching out for some opinions here. I have a 1 year old bearded dragon that will be moving into a bigger tank soon, leaving me with an empty 20 gallon tank. When deciding on a dragon from the start, I had a hard time deciding between a dragon or a snake. But now that I'll have an extra tank...

    Dragon ate my succulent??

Thanks so much! Those plants look like a match so that's a relief. A couple of hours later he's still acting his normal self so I'm hoping that this too shall pass. It just so happens that I have activated charcoal here so I'll have it on hand should I need it. I very much appreciate the help!

    Dragon ate my succulent??

So on one of Pips outings he desided that my small desk plant looked GREAT and took a few good bites before I could get him away from it. Are these poisonous? I couldnt find the name of the plant anywhere but here's a photo. He's not acting like he's choking so it must have gone down ok, now I'm...

It's a windy, 45 degree day today, but little Pip here wouldn't have guessed. He's here chilling by the "pool" in his cozy 92 degree paradise. No Pip I'm sorry, it's not summer.

    Black spots?

Ive noticed that early in the morning my young beardies chin has little black spots that stop at about his shoulders, but then fade an hour or so after his basking light is turned back on. Is this just a reaction to the cooler temp at night? I also noticed him scratching his face against his...

Can't NOT get my Beardie to eat!

Hi everyone! A little update, I replaced the UVB bulb with a bar light and upgraded the basking light to a 100w bulb. Pip seems to be a little more active and is coming down from his basking spot more and more often now. The other morning I even witnessed him drinking from his water dish! I got...

    My first, Pippin!

Finally, after many MANY months of doing research on my ideal reptile friend (tough choice between a beardie or a corn snake) I came home with my new friend, Pippin! Contrary to the firey orange of his skin, little Pip has a very cool, calm demeanor that I think will make him the perfect...
