Im looking at getting a pair of silk backs and from my understanding they require special skin care. What extra is involved in careing for slikbacks.

yes they do require more care I have heard hoor stories of trying to breed silk females
I'm actually reconsidering my interest in one now for breeding. They do require extra attention. Shedding is almost always assisted & they can get shredded during breeding due to their sensitive skin.
