Hi all, I'm trying to work out how to measure a dragon. When l read info it says that dragons grow up to 22 inches long. If that is from snout to vent, then these critters get mighty big. i know with blue tongues you measure from snout to vent but l am assuming that 22 inches is from snout to tail tip. Can anyone clear this up for me?

I don't know that I've seen a beardie that was 22" from snout to vent... I'm leaning towards snout to tip - 22" - sounds reasonable. Gotta let the experts chime in though!

I'm really hoping that its from vent to tail tip otherwise l gotta get a bigger enclosure. I haven't actually got a dragon yet, still waiting for my licence to come

I usually measure snout to tip too. It's usually difficult to measure Midna though because she is missing some of her tail...
