You can order from Ghanns, for crickets, and you can start a colony of dubia roaches, from theroachguy.com. Renee was kind enough to post a sticky I wrote on starting a colony, how to house, feed and keep them all going.
You won't want to feed any immediately, but in say 3-4 months, you'll be self substaining on feeders with the roaches.
