the key is to feed your bearded dragon a variety of insects, some have more nutrition values that others for example if you have a beardie that isn’t drinkining enough water feed him/ her a couple hornworms as a treat if you have a beardie that need to add more fat feed some wax worms as a treat. The two best feeders that offer the most nutrition and can be fed as a staple is Silkworms and Dubia Roaches. BSFL are good too. If you limit yourself to only Crickets and Dubia roaches that is a problem because the beardie will be missing out on some key nutrients and what about the people who live in Florida and Canada where Dubia roaches is illegal. Will you tell those people to just feed Crickets (which is known to carry parasites). Also bearded dragons will get tired of eating the same thing over and will eventually stop eating. Remember variety is the key
