Brumation wud not last this long pelase read my post below. Please replace the UVB ASAP witht he Reptisun 10.0 T5 or the T8 till the T5 arrives and then return the T8! The length U order should cover 70 percent of the tank and the Beardie needs a hideaway. I have a hammock with a Cloth over it so she can hide under on his fleece blanket Amd a basking platform she can hide under.
And I replaced the UVB 1 week ago.

--- screen will make a difference of UVB effectiveness-- we need to rule that lighting out before anything else - the behavior can mimic brumation so we want to rule that out first -- it could be shes going into brumation - the screen on the tank looks like a fine mesh after going back and looking again -- please get it into the tank - distance and placement is crucial here - 12-15 inches directly above basking decor - get it adjusted and see what she does - if it does not change then she is probably getting ready for brumation - here is something to use to hang w/ in the tank and I am going to post info on brumation https://www.homedepot.com/p/GE-15-ft-Cable-Ties-Hook-and-Loop-Spool-Black-10375/304220195
these are great to use for hanging - its like a velcro strap cut into strips and wrap around your fixture

She doesn't move at all.. New dragon, had for 2 weeks but she's fully comfortable.
She just barely moves. She does only to move to a spot to sleep she likes.
She is just trying to get familiar with mew surrounding. I just put my dragon in new enclosure and he is the same. If it doesn't improve in a couple of weeks take to doctor and have fecal exam and regular check. Make sure temperature is correct in cage ,proper uvb and that bearded dragon can receive the amount of heat needed.

If you have a t5ho 10.0 and the hood you can put it on top of mesh top. When it comes to the the t8 and t5 I would say put them on inside. I have mine on top of mesh and have done so for 4 yrs and my baby is very healthy
Diet, dandelion greens, kale, waxworms, superworms, cucmber, (rarely) blueberries.
Your cage looks to small for that size dragon. Get a branch so he can be closer to heat. This is my bearded dragons new home the need to have the sides covered to feel more safe and more structure to climb on

Hi; We rescue and rehome whenever adopting a new Beardie it’s very Improtant to get a new UVB and they only last “6” mnths even tho they turn on the Emit NO UVB. The best and most recommended is the Reptisun 10.0 T5 it’s a long tubular bulb. Please get one ASAP all UVB’s need replacing every “6” Mnths religiously or the Beardie won’t be able to move, eat or walk which leads to MBD weak bones & eventually death. And he needs a hideaway to get away from the heat and UVB as needed u may use a hammock with a soft cloth on top as long as under Bratt it is shade or a basking platform that’s big Enuff for him to hide under. Beardies love hammocks. Beardies need heat and UVB get the zoomed clear bulb for heat and the Reptisun 10.0 T5 for UVB leave both on for 10-12 hours in the winter and 12-14 in the summer. No mealworms; and no sand and baths twice a week in lukewarm dechlorinated water for 15min minimum. When they are shedding do more baths to help skin fall off and to ease the itching. Proteins for crickets and Dubias roaches and if he’s over a year old u may add superworms and always the plate of veggies and greens daily. Mustard greens, yellow squash, butternut squash, endives, green beans and snap peas. Fruits 2-3 times a week as treats blueberries, papaya, mangoes & some banana/apple. Calcium powder 4times a week once per day dusted on the proteins and herptivite vitamin powder sprinkled once per week/per day on a non calcium day. But witht he herptivite the loser cannot sit on the crickets for more than 10min if he doesn’t finish toss the crickets out with the vitamin powder. Here’s some pics for now get any uvb asap till the correct one comes in from Amazon. Pleaee get the UVB asap buy one from petco or Petsmart they only carry the T8 then return it when the T5 comes in please order ASAP. My last photo is my Beardie whom had MBD and I make the basking platform and cage hurt & fall proof and easy to get to the bashinn Gn spot with rolled up towels and blankets he needs help and soft in case he falls he is wobbly of u have blazing hot sun outside let him sunbath for an hour or so with you to get the uvb from the sun also.
Great tips! How big is your tank? My bearded is about 1-1.5 yo and we have a 40-50 gallon tank. I’m wondering if I should get a 120g. Where’s a good place to find reptile tanks with good pricing and quality?

To clarify, a T8 UVB should be replaced every 6 months to be on the safe side. A T5 will last at least 12 months. Beg/Buy/Borrow a Solarmeter 6.5R if you really want to know.

I get worried if a dragon brumates longer than 3 months and have been told by very experienced people they should not brumate for longer than 3-- if they are its not brumation and something else is going on --- I have 2 male dragons and my oldest does not completely go into full brumation - he will go into his hide for 2 weeks the longest since I have had him as a baby and sleep then appear and act like he should - active eating and basking and pooping - if a dragon does not appear after 3 months of brumating its time for a vet visit - during that time it is good to check on them their weight specifically - they need to maintain most of it -- it is common for them to loose a few grams but if they have lost a lot of weight during that time there is a issue - also hydration they need to be offered water at that time during the weight check ---

Okay, but she only really stays in the heat.. The cage is like, 65 gallons? I'm not sure, and I'll do that!

She seems pretty fat, she eats plenty and drinks a lot.. (Maybe I should bring the water out of her cage sometimes since she drinks more then she eats..)

Absolutely agree of checking on them and, in particular, keeping up with any weight loss.
