Does color of light matter at night?

i have been using the zoomed 60 watt blue moonlight bulb at night but everybody else that i have seen has been using the red bulbs the are 40 watt? does it really matter what color bulb i use? thanks

I dont use any night bulb how cold does it get in your room

um... rarely 65 but mostly 70

I wouldn't even worry about heat source at night then you just wasting electricity lol. Your good as long as it doesnt drop below 60F

i also dont use pet store heat bulbs, regular house bulbs work fine for heat, I use a 75watt or 90 watt flood light. the 90 watt heats up me sailfin dragons basking ledge to 115 20 inches away

yes it is. Also its a good way to save money.. When you have multiple reptiles, like i do, you want to try and find as many ways as you can to save money.
