I bulk order crickets for my beardie, and believe that my current shippment is suffering from the cricket virus as I am getting a daily die off of about 30-50 crickets. I read that this is a species specific virus and does not affect the animal eating the crix. I have been feeding my beardie the healthy crix from this shipment while I await a new shipment from a new company. Is this ok? Anyone have any good info or thoughts on this?? Thanks for any input!

You need to clean out what you have them in before your new crickets get in i would just throw away what you are using.it can be passed on very eaisly

From cricket to cricket that is.
The virus does not affect reptiles.
People have been feeding infected insects longer than they think.
