I gently drew her out of her hide box and gave her about 2ml of smoothie because she won't open her mouth for just water in the syringe since I introduced smoothies to her. Brought her outside yesterday for 15 min. Her eyes were bright and wide - when I brought her back inside, she hung out for a few hrs after I let her soak in a warm bath for 15 min then wanted back in her hide box. Her stress lines are very apparent still & she is looking super dehydrated. I will try the same routine today.

Her Dr. is back in the office today so I will get to discuss more with her in an hour or so.

Make sure her smoothies are watery -- she will get hydration from that -- you can tell by her poops if shes dehydrated --- the urate will be chalky and dried out looking - you want them formed white and moist same w / the poop --

Calcium with D3 and probiotic mix from a reptile shop called Earth Echoes. The only red foods she has been eating is red pepper - she doesn't like strawberries for some reason.

The red pepper would cause the red / pink urate -- stop and see if it changes back to white -- how often are you feeding the D3?

I dust her superworms 2X/wk 3 per serving - she hasn't eaten much this week at all. Monday was the last time & its been maybe 2ml of smoothie since yesterday.

From my experience of feeding bell pepper it definitely turns poop and urates red/pink (I thought my poor girl was bleeding) 3:

I dust her superworms 2X/wk 3 per serving -- 3 worms per serving or 3 x per serving? When you get the UVB the T 5 you wont need to use the calcium D3 as often you would need to use some regular calcium w/ NO D3 and NO phosphate --- the T 5 is going to help w/ the D 3 so you wont need to give it to her as often -- I am not exactly sure how that works but that is what is recommended by some others I have spoke w/ -- I am thinking the red peppers is what is giving her the pink urate

Sorry, I wrote that weird. 3 wormies 2x/week.

On a positive note, it's a nice sunny day today so I spent more time in the sun with her on my chest. When we got back home, I put her back in her Viv and she gobbled up some collards greens and Bok Choy!!

Can wait for her lights to arrive. She needs some good UVB

Her outside time is doing her some good -- so how is the behavior? Has it changed since bringing her outside? Ok so the D 3 is good -- lay off the red peppers and check her urate then -- if it was too much Calcium D3 its gonna be more of yellow on the ends of the urate

She has brightened up a lot since being outside. She woke up and walked out of her hide box on her own today. She also had a visit with the vet because she lost a lot of fluid because of the diarrhea last week. She doesn't drink a lot of water and she lost 6g as a result

I have never heard of your MVB -- I am not saying its bad but w/ no knowledge of the bulb I would recommend you either replace it w/ one that is more known like a Power Sun or a Mega Ray -- both are good bulbs but still I would recommend getting another UVB just to cover your bases -- or go to a traditional bright white basking bulb and a long tube fixture NO COILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -- w/ her hiding for hrs and black bearding something is off in that tank and I am gonna say its your lighting
here are some links for bulbs
https://www.amazon.com/Reptisun-26053-Terrarium-Inside-ReptiSun/dp/B07HJG7TJ4/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3D2XUSMZWBD0O&dchild=1&keywords=zoo+med+24+inch+uvb+bulb+fixture&qid=1620758528&sprefix=zoo+med+24"+fixture+,aps,201&sr=8-1 this has the 10.0 bulb you want for your tank - the 5.0 bulb can be used for a back up but distance and placement is different from the 10.0 bulb
https://www.pangeareptile.com/store/zoo-med-powersun-uvb.html MVB -
https://www.petmountain.com/product/exo-terra-intense-basking-spot-lamp?variant=8233 most Petcos or Petsmarts carry these

It is up to you but I would get that lighting changed out --- the links I posted are just to show you what I was referring to -- the best UVB on the market at this time is the Reptisun 10.0 T 5 bulb - NO coils please --- if you need more help please ask
Her lighting arrived! Should I secure it inside or above the mesh screen? I am thinking that because of the plastic bar running down the centre that I secure it on the inside. What do you think?
Ok good so when it comes in post back here and we will get it set up w/ correct distance and placement

Yes but not on the back wall --- secure off the back wall you want it so she can get directly under it 12-15 inches
here are some things to hang w/ 3 M command Velcro fasteners- picture hanging wire – long plastic zip ties--fishing line -- potted plant wire hangers -- or this stuff I use it in my tanks cut into strips wrap around the fixture its like a Velcro strap -- it works really good https://www.homedepot.com/p/GE-15-ft-Cable-Ties-Hook-and-Loop-Spool-Black-10375/304220195

I measured it at 15" to the ground - she generally hangs out on the hammock that is at the far left or in either of her hide boxes, everything else (ramps, bridges) are thoroughfare lol
