Actually, I believe kale has been proven to be safe and is okay, especially when rotated with other greens. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but the articles on it are fairly recent and well backed up. Personally, I do not feed kale because it's more expensive in large amounts and it's not consistently in stock. If I did bother to buy it, I would feed it once or twice a week.REMOVE THIS BULB & Get the Reptisun ASAP and the Zoomed clear bulb for heat. We rescue and rehome. If you cant spend the money on proper lighting then u should not have a reptile or pet. My goodness let me guess you are feeding Cheap destructive to their tummy mealworms and kale or lettuce; NoNo & No. Not correct at all
