    Calcium and multivitamin

    I have heard A-bazillion ways how much calcium and with or without D3. I was also told to only give once a week and alternate weeks of D3 and w/o D3 because too much calcium can be fatal or make them sick. Can someone please help me with how much and when to add calcium? I came up with this...
