What kind of supplements do y'all do for your adult beardies? There's a lot of conflicting information. Some people say no D3, some say once a month, some say a few times a week... What works for your beardies? Kind of like a survey, I just want to see what schedule works best for people and why.

I dust my insects when fed alternating on days M T D3 -- W Th F w/ out D3 and on the weekends Vitamins - my dragons are not fed the staple feed every day as they are over a year old - so the days they dont get the staple feeder I will dust the worms - like super worms --
