    Fish tank safety

As long as it’s large enough why not I can’t see a problem. Just make sure you disinfect it with a reptile safe disinfectant prior to use. May not hold the heat as well as a wooden viv though Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

18 inches of glass top in middle of vivarium

Can’t see why not. You’ll lose a bit of uv, but what’s the alternative? Remove the glass and replace with mesh or use two shorter lights each end. I’m no expert, but I reckon you’ll be ok. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Can a Beardie be by itself

Should be housed separately. They are territorial and your Vivarium won’t be big enough for them to each have a territory of their own. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Water dish

Some say you don't as they get most if not all their water from the food they eat. I believe some do drink from a bowl, although I've never seen mine do so. However, just because I've not seen it doesn't mean he doesn't, so I have a small bowl of water in his viv and change it daily. It's the up...

Feeding on the weekends while away.

Also need to consider how beardless get their water. Whilst you can have a bowl of water in your viv, if it's anything like mine it might not get touched. I've never seen mine drink from his water bowl, but it's there should he want to. They get most of their water from their food. Vegetables...

Feeding on the weekends while away.

Think you've missed the point slightly. You say it's probably better to leave it at home during the day rather than it be round children. If you read the original post it's the school that's getting one for the classroom so leaving it at home would defeat the object! Sent from my iPad using...

    Slate

I've found some pieces of rock, slate I believe, that I used to have in an aquarium years ago. Forgot I still had it. I thought I might look at using it in Spikes enclosure in the hope that it will keep his nails down, so I won't have to trim them. I don't want to put them in without first...

    RO-DI Water

Not heard of one of those. I'd happily use water from my RODI unit, but it removes minerals as well as the chlorine etc. With my aquariums I have a remineral powder that I use, but wouldn't know if it would be safe for my dragon, so for the time being I'm going to stick with tap water until I...

    RO-DI Water

I have a reverse osmosis unit complete with di resin pod, which I use to create water for use in my tropical marine and freshwater aquariums. Would it be better to use rodi water from it for my dragon or stick with tap water? The only thing with rodi water is not only does it remove bad things...
