wont let me post pics

I am trying to post pics of Pancake, but it keeps telling my upload folder is full... how do I fix that? I have shrunk the pics... not sure what else to do?

That is what it is saying.... with just one pic... and the pic was 49.0 KB

Maybe your pic too big. Let me see how big mine was.

Don't know how big mine was. I had it on Phtobucket. I know it is 800x600 pixels. If you want to PM me the link I'll try and post it.
