Wonky lip scales

This is our lil man Vishnu, around maybe 4 months old? He's PERFECT. Eats his greens, drinks his water, munches on dubia roaches 2-3 times a day no issues. A few weeks ago I noticed some scales on only one side of his mouth starting to 'lift'. It doesn't seem to bother him, but wondered if it is just a cosmetic quirk or something to be checked out.

Not really seeing anything - he is probably going into shed- just watch it and if it doesn't start to shed and gets worse post back in here w/ pics
