General the puffing up and hissing sound made by exhaling is a defensive reaction. It basically means I don't really want to be bothered right now. As far as any clicks, I really couldn't say but as long as he is eating fine I wouldn't see much reason to worry

I don't mean to worry you, but clicks and pops have been associated with respiratory infections. I'd double check his temperatures and his humidity just to be on the safe side.

I am with this post. I would recommend a vet visit to a vet that is knowledgeable with dragons.

Do you mist him and the cage?
Does he have a water fall or some sort of water feature in the tank?
What is the humidity of the enclosure?
