Different species. One is spiny tailed lizard and the other is bearded dragon.

Video comparisons are available on YouTube. The Uro. is a veggie eater. That is a significant difference. That means the baby (or adult) will not be seeking worms, crickets or the like. They also hide in crevasses or out of easy sight more often than Bearded Dragons.
