what ingredients are used in the making of Gut Loader

I live in a town that has one pet store and it has no real supplies I need to take care of my beardie or the food he eats, I was just wondering, since the pet store doesnt have gut loader for my crickets and mealworms, how do I make my own gutloader so I can get more nutrience into his food?

Just feed them greens and oats and that will gut load them

Here is the recipe...

high quality kitten food, well pulverized.
1/4 c tropical fish flakes.

Mix well and feed in dry container.

Also, use the ends off all the veggies you feed the dragons.
On the day before feeding to reptile(s) add a pinch of which supplement you would be using the next day, to the chow.

Good gutload recipe

4 parts all natural high nutrient cat food (such as Iams Kitten chow)
1 part full cream instant milk powder
1 part bran/oats
add calcium powder and multivitamin
grind up into a fine powder
there ya go ;D

well I dont have any of those items but I will soon buy them, for now I just threw in some, honeycomb cereal, puppy chow (dry), crutons and oats hopefully that will work for now.

Do you guys realize that adding calcium and multivitamin to your gutload increases the "density" of chitin in your feeders? That's not a good thing.
