I love this entire thread! Keep it up!
Can I get a sticky, haha.

On another note, I was out of town for 3 days and my brother had to take care of my Kyuubi, he did everything right accept clean out the poop. I came in the room where his tank is and he had pooped in the same spot for three days, his basking rock. He poops in the same spot every day

The babies ate hordes of crickets today and enjoyed swimming in their little bath.
Cleopatra ignored her banquet but loved her bath!
Castiel made a mess in her bath today and got mad trying to run away outside while the water for the bath was dumped and changed out. Silly dragon! She stayed black bearded for a while after her second bath and is still mad at me.

Well I just found out mine was a girl lol I started slowly. Said hi to her everyday. let her see me every time I walked by my tank. If she ran I'd let her be so I didn't stress her. Then I would put water on my fingertips and let her lick it off so she knew I was friendly. I would pick her up sometimes when she was sleepy and pet her so she wasn't as hyper and try to run away. I did it slowly in the tank and started bringing her out more and more and now shes used to my touch and me handling her. When I would bathe her I would put her in the tub and let her run around for a bit. Getting to the tub was always scary because I was afraid she would zip out of my hand and hit the floor but she never did. So after her bath I would try to dry her with a little wash cloth and she would climb up my arm herself and go from there. It takes patience and yours will get curious. You can put him on your shirt and see what he'll do. He might just sit there or he'll crawl all over you like a playground lol I've only owned a beardie for so long so I just did my research on the internet on how to tame a beardie. You just got to remember they're babies and they're full of energy!! :D
Well....I did as you suggested and put him on the front of my shirt and let go....he walked around a little bit and then jumped off onto the floor....:) He wasn't hurt so I just picked him up and put him back in the tank....we will try it again.

Alley had his first extended trip today. The reason: We're leaving for the weekend next week and will be traveling from GA to TN. I'm not boarding him up with the vet or having anyone else take care of him because I'm afraid they wouldn't take care of him properly. Anyway: I took him to be fitted for a harness at a pet store. It was extra large and he sat in it at first, and then at another pet store to buy his crickets, he slipped his harness. The other pet store: PetLand-their cricket's have clean cages and they back their crickets. Helped me pick a better fitting harness. He tried to slip out of this one while on the counter. He went over to the clerk to remove the harness. I loosened it in case it was too tight. It wasn't so bad, but when I put him back in his carrier, he ran trying to get the harness off him. I figured he needed to get used to the harness. He stopped running around. He's visited Hobby Lobby, Ingles, and Office Depot in his carrier.

Good luck! They can be crazy energetic when they're young.

Such an adventure!

His favorite store had been Hobby Lobby. He moved around looking everywhere before he settled down into a nap. He liked the soft music. He didn't like PetLand too much. I guess there were a group of kids there that made him nervous. He enjoyed his extended trip. Next week, though, is the real challenge.

Alley went out today on his harness and didn't care since he got to go run around, trying to smell everything. He had turnip greens today and was a little bitty piggie. He's still shedding. One spot on his belly and shedding his whole tail. :( He's been feeling kind of aggravated and loved going out in the car today. :) He even took a bathroom break in the car. Lucky I'm prepared for his bathroom breaks. :D

Spike shed his whole entire back today....thank goodness. I hope his tail sheds soon....it looks a little funny and it is short! He ate like a pig today which is good. I bought a new habitat for him.....40 gal home!! He will have to wait a few days until he sheds everything!!

Mine will poop/ pee on his rocks, and wood. He's pretty good about going before I leave. All I have to do is tell him to go before Mommy leaves and he does. I'd say he's very smart. I told him he had to go on his rock to get his belly warm and surprise surprise, he did. It's surprising to know that they're smart and intelligent. :)

i control when mine poops pretty much by what time i feed him every day. if you feed them at the same time every day they tend to poop the same time every day. or close to it.

Alley kissed my lips, chin, and face. He ate Dandelion greens (After looking for them, I went out of state and found them. I went back and got them the next time I went.), and Collard Greens. Had no baths today, yet. I gave him a little sip of my cranberry, blueberry, strawberry juice chiller. Liked it a lot. Not enough for him to drink it all, but just enough for a yummy drink taste. So he's been good lately. One little paw trying to shed.

Speaking of Dandelions, mine all got their first treat of the year of Dandelion Flowers today. All went at them hard. My wife brought home a cupful of just the flowers from our community garden area.
