I give my baby a large shallow water dish. Lately she's been using it as a toilet! Should I remove the bowl from the set up?

Probably. They tend to not drink standing water so a water bowl in the tank may help raise your humidity but do nothing else.

My concern would be, is your dragon going anywhere aside from the water dish? Dehydrated lizards will often only go when in water.

No she goes elsewhere. I removed the dish though
