You really shouldn't breed siblings, it leads to weak and compromised animals. But to answer your question hypo zero x hypo zero will produce hypo zeros. In your pairing of hypo het zero x hypo het zero, if your not geting any zero then one or both have been proved out to not be het for zero. To find out which it is you would have to breed both into known actual or het zeros to see who produced zeros.
As far as the red monsters I'm not sure how those come to be.
