Not at all they love it I've got a bambo log it's quiet close to his UVB bulb and month loves spending his time on it

No uvb really gud for them they cnt eva get 2 much

They can definitely get too much if the bulb is too close or if they do not have any way to escape when they need to. If the light were left on for an extended period of time without any shade the dragon may be burnt by the bulb. Follow the manufacturers specifications.
