UVA/UVB or lights out?

My girls are in a 10 gallon right now the basking spot is 107. The cool side is 95 this is during the day at night I turn off all lights and keep the room at 70 they seem to be doing fine. They will be moving into a large custom Viv in a couple weeks. Do these temps sound right to strive for in new home?
