I'm going to buy a vivarium kit for the bearded dragon I am going to get soon, in the kit it has a '10% UV Bulb'. All I want to know is if that is the same as a 10.0 UV Bulb.

UV bulbs

The kits come with coil UV bulbs. Those have been known in the past to cause eye problems. The real problem I see with them is that the UV is concentrated in one spot rather than covering 2/3's of your tank like a tube style bulb would.
