tube? bulb? spiral?

Tubes are you best source of UVB (reptisun 10)
Regular bulb ussually just provide heat.
coils = BAD and thats all ya need to know.

These are the different types of lights.
Tube is the UV light needed for your beardie to produce vitamin D needed for digestion.
Bulb is for heat. Temps need to be around 100-105F on the hot side and 85F on the cool side.
Spiral is the coil UV bulb, which is very bad. They can do serious harm to your beardie's eyes.
