TOES CURLING UP - 6 month old BD

My 6 month old BD sits on his favorite hammock and most often then not, he curls his toes up. The surface is NOT hot to the touch.

(SEE PICS)

He's eating about 40 crickets a day, occasional veggies/ greens, and is active when I handle him. He's still pretty rambunctious and doesn't want to sit in one place on my hand.

Temps are right at 100 degrees/ 50% humidity.

Cool side is 75 degrees.

UVB light is good to go. I've started dusting his crickets with calcium and recently began dusting the veggies with vitamins. He sleeps well, from 10p to 5:30a.

His tank set up is pretty sweet, I think. He doesn't lack for anything.

Any of the pros on here know what this means???

'Blue' and I need your help...

Thank you!

Ariel

As you see, he doesn't do it all of the time.

Does he do it when he's not on his hammock? Think like a lizard – maybe he got his nails caught in the hammock mesh once and it scared him so he doesn't want it to happen again. Other than that? – Haven't a clue

My boy does that too and thought perhaps he had gotten a little hurt from his mates. It doesn't happen all the time with my boy.

I think it's just a beardie thing. I've talked online to a few people that say that theirs does it too.
