To take out the sand or not

oooooooooooh his viv looks so much lighter and more airy. i'm sure he's gonna do well.

As for the broken bulb......next time, unplug the unit and just screw a potato into the socket. Easier.

That sand was sooooooooo dusty too. I had to dust my who room after taking it out. That could not have been too health for his little lungs. I was coughing from all the dust. I had him in the bath while all this was going on so he did not have to breath anymore dust. I like it much better too. My husband is bugging me to put down tiles but told him it is going to have to wait. I have spent enough money in the past couple of months and the paper towel is health for them and easy to clean. I am also saving all the money for the build I am going to be doing and I will tile that and the tank for Oscar at the same time.
