to hot in my dubia roach bin

what is the temp suppose to be in a dubia roaches bin for them to breed
my temp in mine is 103.4 is that too much? i hope someone can get back too soon so i can fix the proplem i just started this colony had them for three or four days now i don't know how many i have suppose to be a hundred mixed it doesn't look like a hundred to me i do know that i have 2 males and the rest look like female to me

is it to hot in my tank will it kill them i hope not im trying to get a colony started if it to hot i will have to get another che bulb
they are in a 36 gallon rubbermaid bin

95 is about the max i would have mine at, I actually have mine all set at 88, year I graduated i know silly, but it works for me, but 95 is the max i would say.
