Thyme and Sweet Basil-Fresh

Anyone have thoughts about feeding dragon fresh herbs from garden? I have some sweet basil and thyme that I was considering trying as a supplement to carrots and collards.

Yes... once a week their salad has fresh from my garden herbs... Basil, parsley (once a month), mint, and now the berry bushes are giving me fruit.... black berries, and tiiiiny strawberries...

How often and how much mint????

1 day a week, and just a couple of leaves each salad, nicely torn for the smell.
