The beardie terrible twos are here. Today, I had errands to run so I fed Leia early and left her in the care of her grandma. You would think all would be well and not have to worry about a thing. Today was a laundry day. So, I just loaded the dryer and received a call from my mom telling me to come home because she had a big one. So, I came home and lo and behold, there was a big poo and she was sitting above it. I spent a bit of time washing her things, washing her pumpkin, and the beardie.
Then she ran right and left in her tank and wouldn't settle down. She was all over the tank with a black beard. She wouldn't even touch her greens- and she usually does. I gave her all of her crickets- they're gone so now I have to wait until after the Fourth to get some more.
Her pumpkin friend was drying outside in the warm weather. I checked her friend and it wasn't dry yet. It was lightly damp. Well, I put the pumpkin friend in its usual spot, and now she's happy, and relaxed. But before- boy, she was all over the tank throwing a temper tantrum.
