You're welcome. I don't use beaters and I melted the butter til it was soft and some of it melted.

I love everything banana but as I've gotten older I've developed an allergy to them I had a banana cupcake last night and my mouth tingled afterwards. The last time I had an actual banana my throat started to itch real bad
