Tail Rot? Or Normal Colors?

So out if curiosity, with the color of my Fancy Bearded dragons tail. It's the normal yellow like color but then it slowly goes into a white with black dots around it. Is thay completely normal? Or is it considered tail rot?

That is shed coming on --- let the tail do its thing-- tail rot is very rare --- started by pinches bites or some sort of injury --
