I am not able to order it or buy it where I live so I do need to find an alternative...
Let me check for you-- I reached out to someone w/ more experience on this than I and this is what he has recommended
I'd say the swelling is still a main concern when compared to the teeth at this point. Perhaps the vet can draw some fluid from the swollen tissue and do a direct test on it. That would help determine if it's water retention or if there are uric acid crystals forming etc.
As far as the teeth go, some crunchy food might help. I know they went off dubias but perhaps something like cut fresh green beans would be chewy enough to be a bit abrasive. If she allows a qtip to be rubbed on the teeth that may help a bit on its own. I would be hesitant to cause further stress by messing with the gums at the moment. The maxiguard just acts as a cleanser to help prevent infection. An alternative cleanser that is sometimes used is chlorhexidine solution.

In 2 weeks, I will be moving her to another city temporarily as the vet there has much more experience, and hopefully, he will be willing to run different tests. I have also asked my current vet to draw the fluid, but she is not sure if it is fluid... Hope I will get some answers for her soon, but for now it looks like she is still enjoying life, gaping, eating, running, basking :)

Her hind legs have weakened over the past few days. She tries to jump but only ends up lunging with her front legs and has to pull herself in certain situations. I have made a vet appointment for next week. I don't know what else I can do to help her.

Get her on rolled up dish towels for basking spots - you will probably need to lower the UVB depending on how high the fixture is - I would get it directly over her around 13 inches - take anything out that she can climb on so shes not jumping off them- leave a hide in the tank - what are you using for a UVB?

I have got her with T 5 w/ a 12% bulb, it is directly on top of her in the terrarium, I replaced al her climbing equipment with a large wood piece that she enjoys to lie on all day, her nails get stuck in towels so I am not sure if using that would be the best idea but I will try! The UVB light is 10 months old, I read it lasts a year, should I be changing it more often anyway? She doesn't use her hide at all.
I have a vet appointment for next week, Thursday.

Ok No enemas at the vet- if they are asking for a fecal take one in --- replace the UVB bulb unless you have a solar meter I do not so I always replace my bulbs at 10-11 months - best to stay on the caution side -

Just ordered a new bulb! Thanks for the advice, I just don't know if she can come back from this and continue with a good quality of life, I have been treating her for 4 months and she seems to be getting better then worse (especially after she laid her eggs) and now again with her back legs declining. I just try to stay hopeful and give her all my energy so that I can help her through this.

Hello,

How is your girl doing?
That's great you are getting a new UVB light, which T5 brand did you get?
How many eggs has she laid so far, & you mentioned she has gotten worse since she has laid
her eggs?
I would definitely recommend increasing her calcium intake if you haven't already. Are you using
a powder or liquid calcium supplement?
If she isn't eating much, you can try giving food via syringe if possible. Mix up chicken or turkey
baby food along with either squash or sweet potato for her. Simply drop some food onto her nose
to see if she will lick the food off of her nose. Most will if they like the taste of it.
Let us know how she is doing.

She is worse today, she is limping back legs don't work and there is a problem with the front legs too now, I don't think she will make it until the vet appointment on Thursday. I have increased calcium intake, I have increased her greens intake as well, she eats well her proteins and greens, always does. I don't know what to do. I am not able to upload a video on here.
