Stuck shed?

So frank has had a pice of shed on his back for like 2 weeks and I don’t want it to get stuck he has gotten lots of bath over this time and it has not come of what should I do

Has it been cold in the past two weeks? That can slow down the rate ate which they shed, I noticed this last “winter” here in FL caused my beardie to shed slower, Do u have tweezers? If so post a pic of them, when helping with shed it’s important to never pull , it it doesn’t budge leave it alone.
