Stuck shed on face??

My beardie Tanuki has had shed stuck on the side of his face/in his war for about a month now. I’ve kept spraying it but it turned black and now I’m really worried. I have absolutely no idea what to think/do.
Another thing is that he sheds he’s chin about every other week even though he’s a year and a half old. Any ideas what’s wrong??

Here is tanuki, this is only on one side of his face.

Please post a pic of the face - shed is normal but I need to see the face please

I am not sure what that is-- I am thinking not shed- please take these pics and one of the other side too if it's on the other side as well-- post on this forum www.beardeddragon.org-- there are people on that forum that have better experience w/ this
