I have read that you can store greens like kale and collard for up to a week in an air tight bag in the refrigerator. I also know freezing tends to cause the greens to lose their nutrients. How do you guys store your greens? Or do you buy fresh greens weekly?

I buy them every week, rinse them really well and *dry* them, and then store them in the fridge in a rubbermaid container with paper towel lining the bottom. You can airdry them by spreading them out on a towel on the counter, overnight if necessary. Shake out as much water as possible first.
