Smell

I just bought an older female bearded that was a rescue pet and the problem she has is that she smells like crap. Tried cleaning her with a brush and water and does not help. I know now why someone got rid of her. Any ideas what the problem could be.

I don't have an answer for this one, an issue that I have not encountered or am familiar with. Some of the other "Veterans" may have some ideas, but I believe that a Vet check is in order regardless.

How long have you had her?

Awe, poor baby. I would have her checked by a vet, she shouldn't really smell like anything.

Hi, Welcome to the forums!

Try bathing her in semi diluted provodone idodine. With water, make the mixture look like a heavy tea solution and scrub as you have with a tooth brush. You may have to do this a couple times but it will take care of the issue.
