hi! My beardie (Yoda) has been eating super worms for a while, he’s 6 months old, active, eating carrot greens, apples and a once a week treat of a tiny bit of kiwi along with super worms. He’s had lots of impaction days but after he goes he’s fine, but should I stop feeding him super worms?

How many are you giving him once a week? What is your substrate? At 6 months old he should be fine on them as a treat as long as you are not stuffing him with them.

I’m feeding him about 6, I’m using paper towels because it’s easier to clean up and better for them.

That isn't bad just remember that they are fatty and they tend to LOVE them and often will hold out for them, so make sure you do a variety..

6 a week? That's not bad. Remember to feed other healthy less fattening bugs like dubia, silk worms, BSFL. Hornworms are good and crickets and locusts, so many good things out there. Variety is the key to keep these guys healthy.

There's also a great nutrition guide at beautifldragons.com that gives more ideas to healthy greens to feed every day.
