Roaches vs. crickets

I have just started mixing in some dubia's in Vlads diet. I'd like to eventually phase out the crickets. I've heard that the roaches have far more nutritional value than the crickets. Does that mean I should be feeding him less roaches of similar size??

The same rule of thumb applies, as many as it wants to eat in a 10-15 minute period, 2-3 times a day.
