i have a big cup of water in the cage and i can't keep the humidity up. do you know why the humidity won't go up

it is a 10g tank i want to put my nymphs in to keep out of my breeder bin and the top is screen

I would just use a small level bowl and put some water crystals. You should beok with that. That's how I started way back when.

i finally bought a tub containter and screened part of the top of and have a heat emitter on top and a heating pad on the bottom and it currently reachs 88.1
