I would not --- you want a reptile vet to do that ---- you may kill him! Start looking for a good vet
Update: We just returned from the vet. They were able to revert the hemipene and even handled his femoral pores. Zeus has a little bit of red blood cells in his fecal matter but we have some antibiotics prescribed for him to clear it all up. Other than that, they said he is doing fantastic!
