From the picture your dragon looks to be in good shape.. Several reason's can be a factor:
-Depending on the season if winter they typically slow down get lazy, don't eat if old enough may brumate, if not old enough they will just get lazy may or may not eat..
-parasites making them not feel like eating, when was the last time you've had a fecal done?
-Just make sure you keep them hydrated you can drip water on their nose or spirtz them as in the wild they will lick water droplets. It's a good idea to keep track of their weight to see if they are loosing weight..
