Yeah, they're fine. Never fed my bearded dragon radish greens personally, but I know a lot of people who do. I also did some searching as some reassurance, and only found that they're fine for your beardie. If you have beet tops however, feed them beet tops sparingly, if at all, because beets contain oxalates.
