Quick sanitation???

So when I completely sanitize Nacho's tank, I've just been washing everything with antibacterial soap and rinsing really well. Is this ok? Probably should have asked sooner. I've heard if using a bleach solution also. This is a little easier,as I have 3 tanks to clean out, but want to make sure it's ok!

I used POOP - OFF bird poop remover spray, it's literally windex for animals. I use it for everything and it's completely safe and it cleans well.

I use vinegar and water for everything. Even for cleaning my tub out after beardie baths. It's safe to use around all the animals. I also use a bleach and water solution once ever couple of months or so.
