quick question about boiling collard greens

Perhaps it's 'Southern" dragon and wants them cooked with a lil ol chunk of hamhoc and served with a side of cornbread?? No wait...That's the way I prefer MY collards..LOL:D

I really can't see why there would be a need to boil them for your dragon and truth is when foods are boiled a lot of the actual nutritional value in them is lost and it's already hard enough trying to get good nutrition into these dragons at times as it is so my vote would have to say boiling them for your bearded dragon would not be a good idea.
