Puffy beard? Edema?

I posted a picture of Puff on facebook today and someone asked if she was just fat or if she had edema issues. I had never thought of edema. Under her beard is puffy. Its been this way for several months, I always chalked it up to a growth spurt she had after a little over a week of refusing to eat. When she started to eat again she was a little piggy about it and gained size and bulked up.
Anyway take a look at the picture and let me know what you think. Sadly the vet is booked until the 19th so if anyone has suggestions about edema or a puffy throat area it would be appreciated. It could be something it could be nothing but it will absolutely get her checked out as soon as possible, I'll be checking it with the vets office to see if they have earlier openings come. up.

Shes happy and eating and acting normal.

Awe she looks like she's got jiggle jowls! Dexter has fat jowls and that's what I call them. Do you have any other pictures of her where she's not resting her head on something? The fat is more pronounced when it's laying on something.

Sometimes it seems like lose saggy skin other times it's more puffy and full. I don't feel anything really when I touch it. Doesn't feel like fluid or food or lumps or anything

The first picture looks a little weird, but if it was right after she ate she could possibly be holding food in his pouch. Dexter's fat neck spreads mostly to each side under her ears. The second picture you show though, she looks okay. I don't know what to tell you, I think she looks like a well fed happy dragon! If you are really worried though you should have her checked just in case.

Sorry, not the very first photo. I meant the one that you posted today that was taken after she had dubia's. If the skin is soft and saggy and she isn't wheezing then I think she's just got a little extra fat. In the one picture you can see she's got some beardie boob going on :)
